In addition to having lived and studied in the beautiful Aquitaine region (Bordeaux) of France, Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in French, a DEFLE 3ème degré from Université Bordeaux Michel-de-Montaigne 3, and over 15 years of experience in teaching. She has studied phonetics extensively in both France and Australia, giving her the ability to train her students not only in the foundations of language, but also in pronunciation and accents.
It is this unique melding of vocal and linguistic study that makes Sarah the perfect tutor to help you not only hone your french vocabulary, but also master those tricky "R"s, silent letters and various mind boggling vowels. French can be tricky, but it doesn't have to be a mystery!
Sarah has helped many students through their HSC French beginners, continuers and extension, as well as adults who want the language for travel, and littlies who just want a taster.

She emphasises a comprehensive approach to music education, incorporating music literacy across various methods as relevant to the individual learning style and genre being focused on by each specific student. Such tools include notation, tabs, chord charts, memorisation and solfege.
Sarah believes that music education should be student-led, offering a plethora of musical directions to explore.
